The space
Our condos are walking distance from world-renowned restaurants, Mardi-Gras parade routes, The Riverwalk, and tourist attractions such as Bourbon St., Jackson Square, The Convention Center, and The French Market. Guests are only 5 short blocks from the Mercedes Benz Superdome and Arena, and 5 blocks from Harrah's Casino. Walkable to The Convention Center too! This location beats any place we've ever stayed in NOLA. It is so central whether you are there for a convention, for a concert, a game, or to party on Bourbon. You are in the safest place with the cleanest street, and only steps away from the action!
When you walk in the first of 2 condos included in your rental, immediately to your left you will find a king bedroom with access to the hall full bathroom. This bedroom is fully equipped with a large LED smart TV, A closet with plenty of space for your hanging and folded clothes, and a bench at the end of the bed for luggage or seating! In the hall bath, you will be pleased to find the well appointed marble bathroom with high-end cabinetry and fixtures. As you continue down the main entry, the next room on your left will be the king master bedroom. This bedroom features an en suite full marble bathroom with luxurious marble shower complete with a shower seat! This king master bedroom is equipped with a large LED smart TV and also has a closet with plenty of room for your hanging and folding clothes as well! You will also find a storage bench at the foot of the bed for your luggage or extra seating! Next, the main entry will open to the fully equipped kitchen and generous sized living room area. This area is set up perfectly with a bar including four barstools and a full size sofa, with matching chair...easily seating up to 8 guest! It’s a perfect spot to hang out while planning your next activity with friends or family or even catching a movie on the 50” LED smart TV that includes Netflix! NEW ADDITION!!! A king bed with nightstands and lamps has now been added to the exceptionally large living area, to better accommodate our guests!! Beautiful, black velvet drapes complete this area!

We ask that you respect any posted rules and specific hours. If we are notified of any disrespectful behavior, it may result in the termination of your stay without a refund. Reminder, NO PARTIES anywhere on the property and quiet time is 10pm until 8am.

Provided in Kitchen: Dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, some cooking supplies, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, light bulbs, and dish soap.
Provided in Bathrooms: Bath and hand towels, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and one hair dryer.
Provided in Bedrooms: Linens, comforter, and blanket. Linens for both roll away beds will be available in the bedroom closet.
Provided in Laundry: Laundry soap, dryer sheets, clothes iron, and ironing board.
*Extra supplies may be found in lower cabinets or supply closet. Locked cabinets or closets are for maintenance and/or cleaning crew only.

1 NO PARTIES anywhere on the property. Guests should only access condo on floor 3 and not access other areas designated for owners only. Guests should abide by any signs posted by building staff. Disturbing behavior may result in the loss of your security deposit. Legal action will be taken for parties that cause damages to the unit, property, reputation, or relationship with building staff or residents. Quiet time is 10p-8am. This listing is for a stay longer than 30 days, shorter stays are no problem, we will book those for you under the appropriate licensed short term rental that is contained in this long term listing. Please message if you have any questions.
2 NO SMOKING in the unit or on the property.
3 The booked guest is responsible for actions of ALL GUESTS occupying the property at all times, and must be staying at condo.
4 You agree to return all key fobs (building access devices.) It is very important for the next guest that all 3 remotes are returned. You agree to pay up to $250 for lost key fob replacement.
6 You agree that onsite building staff is not affiliated with this rental. Please contact your host for any needs.
7 No pets allowed.
9 You agree that the owners are authorized to charge your credit card for excessive damages, cleaning, or unauthorized late check-outs or early check-ins.
10 You are responsible for all contents in the unit from check-in until check-out. It is very important for the next guest that all 3 remotes are returned. *Lost key fobs will result in a $250 replacement fee.

After that, cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund, minus the service fee.
