***PROPERTY***
This ranch-style home is a perfect respite from the bright lights of downtown Nashville, situated in a quiet suburban area, filled with large lawns and plenty of room to refresh, relax, and unwind. With three bedrooms and a memory-foam sleeper-sofa, there is plenty of room for you and your party to feel right at home. The kitchen has all of the necessities you’ll need to prep home-cooked meals, with a breakfast-bistro and dining room table for eating your wares. The patio is also available for use to our guests and has plenty of space to sit and relax during your visit.

This rental does have a full-time tenant on the property in the basement with a small dog, Lottie. She is the sweetest thing every so if you see them please say hey as they enjoy getting to know who is coming to Nashville and enjoying their town. The units are both private and one will not have access to another, however, passing may happen on the outside.

***INTERIOR***
As you arrive at our property, you’ll be happy to see that you’ll be able to park in the driveway and not on the street. When you walk up to the front door, you’ll notice a convenient digital lock for entry, using a code sent to you in your welcome email. Just open the hand-carved door and you’re home!

You can immediately unwind on the comfortable couch and watch the world go by, or head right into the hallway and start unpacking in one of the three bedrooms. The main bedroom, to the back left, features a queen-sized bed and closet for storing belongings. The room to the back-right is perfect for two individuals on our two twin beds. A closet is also available for your use. In the middle of the house, there is a remodeled sun-room that has been turned into a third bedroom, with a full-sized daybed and trundle for extra guests.

*** MUSIC CITY, USA ***
Nashville is very much a “little big town,” with all the trappings of Southern charm and hospitality, with the dial turned up to 11. Sure, there’s plenty of music on every corner, but Nashville more than just the sum of its street-corner musicians and honky-tonks. Make your way to Broadway and 2nd Avenue to discover what all the fuss is about. From live music, dining, shopping, and a large variety of entertainment, it’s all part of what’s made our town a huge hit with visitors from all over the world.

For the music-seeking tourists, you’ll always be a stone’s throw from what’s being sought. Music starts downtown every day at 11:00 am and doesn’t stop until around 2:30 am. If you’re not a fan of one-act, just step outside the bars and follow your ears to the next venue. There’s something for everyone!

For those looking to take their musical journey to the next level, we host plenty of high-profile concerts at some of the world’s most famous venues, such as The Ryman Auditorium, The Grand Ole Opry, and Bridgestone Arena. There is also a slew of venues around the area, where you can catch some original, up and coming artists, who just might make it big one day. It’s always fun to say, “I saw them way back when they were getting started!” We highly recommend looking at the concert listings prior to your visit, for the best chances at acquiring tickets; however, if you find yourself coming up short in your search, we are happy to help you explore other, reliable avenues. Nashville is more than just downtown, too, and there’s plenty else to do beyond its honky-tonk center. You can dine and shop in The Gulch, stroll the neighborhood of 12th South, hang out with locals in Five Points, walk the historic Vanderbilt University campus, visit The Parthenon replica and its museum, or take in the unique experience of The Bluebird Cafe in Hillsboro. Beyond the bright lights of the big city, you can explore Civil War battlefields, The Hermitage, hike relaxing trails, or go to Lynchburg for the Jack Daniels Distillery tour. There’s so much to do that we guarantee you won’t be bored!
