Great space in awesome area of town. Only 10 minutes to Old Town Fort Collins and CSU. My house is within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and across the street from the Environmental Learning Center. It is also on the Fort Collins trail system. The space has a wet bar but feel free to use the kitchen upstairs if you need more than a toaster oven. Also, laundry facilities are available. Free wifi while you stay, and a couple of cruiser bikes that are available to use.
The space
Please note* There is NO private entrance to the basement. You have to come into my house to access the door to the downstairs. However, this space is a great value. It is 800 square feet and very roomy. There is a wet bar with a fridge, toaster oven microwave and coffee maker, however the main kitchen is available for you to use if you need a stove. There is a 42" TV, but hopefully you'll be so busy in Fort Collins with all of the wonderful things it has to offer that you'll be too busy to watch it! You’ll have access to HBO Go, Netflix, Hulu, and amazon prime video through Apple TV. I do not have cable tv to watch basic channels or live news however. There is plenty of off street parking.
**There is NO dining room table and chairs in the basement. I have TV trays for you to use, or you are welcome to use the dining room in the main part of the house. If this is an issue, please let me know ahead of time. You may not want to rent my place if a dining room table in the basement is an absolute necessity. Thank you.**
Guest access
Guests will have access to the upstairs kitchen and the laundry room if needed.
I also have an air mattress available for extra guests, and the sectional sofa is extremely comfortable. I have 4 guests listed as the maximum amount, but 5 would fit very comfortably with the air mattress. There is also a sleeping nook with a comfy twin bed...perfect for that third wheel! :)

Snacks will be waiting upon your arrival.
PETS! I know I said no pets...however please message me if you have a pet you'd like to bring. I have two dogs and two cats, but they aren't allowed in the basement. I'm not opposed to pets at all, I would just like information on your pet before I can make a decision. Thank you! (I have one dog who takes a while to get used to additional pets in the house).

Free cancellation for 48 hours
After that, cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund, minus the service fee.
