Self check-in with keypad
1. Weekend instant booking requires a two day reservation (Friday&Saturday). Friday and Saturday must be booked together.
2. Instant booking is not allowed during South by Southwest dates (March 7-17) and is subject to review/cancellation.
3. Checkout is strictly at 11 am, but if you need a late checkout, please let us know in advance and we will see if we can accommodate.
You must also acknowledge
-Must climb stairs - All bedrooms are on the second floor
-Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1500
-Surveillance or recording devices on property - There is a Ring video doorbell on the front door.
