Neighborhood
The home is located in the neighborhood of Washington Virginia Vale. Surrounded by many restaurants and bars, you'll have a variety of walk-able options.

The Cherry Creek Trail is located just minutes walk away from the home. This trail is ideal for a stroll or bike ride. If you are feeling ambitious, take it down to the Cherry Creek Reservoir. Here you can experience a myriad of water and beach activities.

At the heart of the Washington Virginia Vale neighborhood sits the famous Four Mile Historic Park and the Four Mile House, a Denver landmark that "served as a stage stop, wayside inn and tavern to travelers on the Cherokee Trail."

Also nearby (walking distance) are Frances Weisbart Jacobs Park, Garland Park and my personal favorite, Crestmoor Park. I would HIGHLY recommend strolling around this splendid greenery.

Enjoy bright and clean shower/tub combos in both bathrooms. You'll find all the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that your group needs as well as other amenities to make you feel at home. One bathroom is upstairs, and the other is downstairs.

If you enjoy socializing with your friends and family while you cook and enjoy a meal, you'll love the spotless kitchen, complete with fridge, dishwasher, oven range, coffee maker, sink, and laundry. You'll find all of the utensils and bakeware you need to cook something delicious. There is also a kitchenette downstairs.

The kitchen transitions nicely into the living area, a bright and welcoming common space where everyone can find a favorite spot. Highlights of the spacious lounge include a Smart TV, comfortable furniture, and decorative lighting. This is the first room entered into upon opening the front door.

There is a nice dining area in this space that can accommodate your whole group.

Transit
Being right off of Leetsdale, public transportation is simple. Denver however, is not famous for its fabulous public transportation system and it is recommended to rent a car - especially if you intend to explore our beautiful mountains!

Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best thing to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife and much more!
