Chicago house with 2 levels, with all the amenities that you need. Sleeps 6 with tight accommodations for 8 if needed. We are located in a safe, and wonderful neighborhood. You have everything you need here from Pubs, to Restaurants, Wrigley Field and more..
The Spot
Hotel costs are getting out of hand, I totally get it. So save some money and come stay in our 2 bedroom Flat/Apartment. Our large spacious house is for you to take some time off and enjoy the Beautiful city of Chicago. We are on the border of 6 neighborhoods, Logan Square, Avondale, Roscoe Village, Lakeview, Bucktown, Wicker Park and an easy train ride downtown. We are an easy walk, bus ride, Divvy Bike Ride, train to get anywhere you want. I know our listing says 2 night minimum for the weekend, but don't ever be afraid to ask for 1 night.
Welcome!! We are so happy to have you stay in our flat. There's a lot of room, and can comfortably sleep 6 people, and we can accommodate 8 with a queen size air mattress as well if needed. We have 2 bedrooms and the couch in the living room turns into a full size bed. We provide fresh linens and towels for each guest. We have a coffee machine for your coffee needs. We have all the amenities that you can get at a hotel and more. I am a big spice guy, and look to cook, so I provide a lot of those things as well. We also provide a washer and dryer, in the laundry room. You will also have soap and shampoo for you to use. We have a TV, but no cable, but blazing fast internet to stream.
Keep In mind like most Chicago Apartments, every once in a while you may hear the pitter patter of little feat above you.
Guest Access
The Whole unit is yours!
Our backyard is open for you to use and is communal, but please no pets going to bathroom out there because we like to keep it clean for anyone who wants to bring their kids and play. We also provide a propane grill(you may have to fill it, or you get lucky and it's already full), and a large patio set to sit outside on sunny days.
Quiet hours start at 10pm and the backyard and deck is off limits after 9pm, because the neighbor's house is only 3 feet away, and this is all of Chicago. If we receive any noise complaints after these hours, you will be asked to leave.
Other Stuff
No local rentals ** Because we have a family, no big parties during the stay, and please respect that. I don't care if you and the guests are hanging out, having drinks, and having a good time, just be courteous of us and the neighbors. We want you to have a wonderful time and the best time you possibly can in Chicago.
Also there is absolutely no smoking of any kind in the house or close to the entrance. Must be 15 feet away from any entrance.(there will be a $250 cleaning fee for any smell of smoke in the house).

Please be respectful of us and our neighbors, as we want this to be a classy place for all people that come and visit us. No Parties and no smoking in the home and must be 10ft away from entrance. This is a safe place to stay and we would like to keep it that way for everyone. =)
