You’ll find two clean and fully stocked bathrooms in this home which each have their own walk-in shower. With bright lighting, large mirrors, hotel-grade towels, you'll find that the bathrooms have all the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash your group needs.

Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the two fully-stocked kitchens. they features beautiful countertops and modern appliances, including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and coffee maker. There each have a dining table. The top floor area allows for large groups to hang together and the basement area is perfect for a smaller group to watch movies with popcorn in hand.
The larger table can accommodate 6 people. The smaller dining table can accommodate 5 people. The top floor kitchen flows effortlessly into the spacious lounge, which is complete with 2 couches, classic coffee table, and a big window letting in a lot of light. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner party, or just want to take things easy, this space gives you everything you need. You'll find another lounge area downstairs with large TV, a comfy couch, and a kitchenette for your late-night snacks.

The house has a spacious fenced in backyard for your use with a raised patio and outdoor seating. Enjoy hosting in backyard, eating atop the patio, basking in the famous CO sunshine. There is ample parking in the driveway for up to 3 vehicles.

Guest access
You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the storage room (at base of stairs) and supply closet (in main hallway). Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.
Other things to note
This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, expelled, and be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.
Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best thing to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife and much more!
Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
