We are a 14,000 sq ft space in Old Town Fort Collins. We have an art gallery / music venue / bar in one building. We are a unique space seconds away from New Belgium, great dining, nightlife, & sightseeing. (We are above a music venue, it can be loud) This room shares a bathroom with our bunk room.
The Spot
We are one of the only rentals in the country that exists in a professional artist's workspace. Our upstairs building has studios for creatives of all kinds of mediums, an art gallery, and a second floor deck.
Our mission is to bring travelers into our world; where art, music, and collaboration are the every day focus and the betterment of community and self are daily goals.
DISCLAIMER: We have a music venue below our rooms. Music will go late and be loud. Especially Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Please check out events before you book by going to our website. Just search "Downtown Artery".
***We DO allow pets but there is a $30 pet fee that will be added to your total. You must let us know about pets at least 48 hours prior to your reservation.***
Guest Access
The apartment includes a brand-new, separate shared full bathroom, kitchenette, new bed, and seating with views of Old Town. Outside of the apartment, guests are welcome in all spaces besides private studios that are rented by working artists. This includes the full kitchen, spacious deck, and large gallery.
Other Stuff
This room shares a bathroom down the hall with our bunk room. It should be noted that, because we are an art /music association, there is likely to be noise in the apartment. This could music from our venue under the rooms, events in our gallery or people in their studios.

Rules & conditions
House Rules
Not suitable for infants (under 2 years)
No smoking, parties, or events
Check-in time is 2PM - 9PM and check out by 11AM
We expect our guests to be respectful to the space (no breaking furniture, smoking inside, loud parties) and to be very mindful of the works of art hanging in the gallery and hallways.
You must also acknowledge:
Amenity limitations - We have many people who use the parking lot. Parking is not guaranteed
Potential for noise - We have a venue in the downstairs. There is noise bleed.
Must climb stairs - The rooms are on the second story.
Some spaces are shared - The Bunk Room and the Queen 1 room share a bathroom.
