Newly remodeled and eclectic 2-bedroom 1-bathroom cottage house located in a peaceful & up and coming neighborhood. Over 1100 sq ft and situated on a small quiet street, this house is secluded by a newly built wooden fence with metal front gate providing a peaceful and restful living from the outside hectic world. You have the whole house for yourself with private entrance and free parking on premises.

Bedroom 1: King size bed with a small walk-in closet

Bathroom: Tub with showerhead, essentials such as shampoo and bodywash provided
Living room: One large couch, one armchair,55” smart TV
Kitchen: fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, gas oven, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker,
Utility Room: Washer and Dryer
Outdoor: large backyard, with developing landscape. We are currently working with designers to create one of kind front and back yard that complementing the house. Please come back to see how we grow!
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house to themselves.
In order to ensure our guests' safety and to verify number of guests entering the premises, there is a camera surveillance system (Blink Outdoor System) installed and monitoring 24 hrs. This Blink system is consist of three OUTDOOR cameras: one at front door, one at side door, and one at back door.

Surveillance or recording devices on property - A Blink OUTDOOR system installed, consist of 3 outdoor cameras: front door, side door, and back patio. Record video and sound.
Additional rules
We are easy going people and want you to have a restful and stress free stay with us. However, there are rules in place to protect our property and make a comfortable stay after every guest.
*ID required - Host will request photo of ID of ALL guests after bookings.
*NO parties or gathering events - House is equipped with three outdoor cameras which monitoring number of guests entering/exiting the residence. Any and all events and gatherings have to be notified and approved by the host prior to the trip.
* Visitors other than guests - Host need to know NUMBER, TIME, AND IDENTITIES of outside visitors prior to the booking. Visitors not on the list, but notified and approved by the host, must leave the house by midnight. Otherwise, might be subject to $30 per night per guest. Outdoor surveillance cameras are used to verify registered guests, 24 hrs.
* No smoking - No smoking or narcotics on the premises, meaning inside and outside the house. We are close to the Medical center and might host guests who are allergic to smoke. Therefore we take smoking very seriously. Any cost exceed than normal housecleaning will be claimed by the host via Rock n Doze and any legal channels.
* No loud music, noisy disturbance to neighbors - House is located in a quiet and close knitted community. Neighbor would possibly report to police if any loud and disturbing noise violating Houston noise ordinance.
*Max Occupancy - 4 guests including children any ages. Due to insurance and fire code, the house can only accommodate four guests.
* No pets.
* Host is not responsible for any items, valuable or not, left by the guests. It is solely guests' financial responsibility in case items are recovered and need to be shipped.
We have install OUTDOOR surveillance system which monitor number and identifies of guests coming to our premises. Breaking of house rules could result cancellation of the booking and be subject to immediate vacate.
