This two-bedroom home comfortably sleeps 5 guests. Both beds offer comfortable Queen beds with high-end linens. Our beds are outfitted with Green Leaf memory foam mattresses for your ultimate comfort. We want you to have fun on your stay, but we also want to offer you amazing rest!

As our guests, you will enjoy access to the entire second floor of the home during your Colorado Springs vacation. Spend time with your friends and family in the spacious backyard, stylish lounge, and gorgeous kitchen.

Other things to note
You are renting the upstairs unit of a duplex. The downstairs unit is also a short term rental. (We have another listing where you can rent both units together!) The two units share the front door, but each unit has a private entrance. The backyard is also shared.

One important thing to note is that the dining area in this unit is pretty tiny. There is a table in the corner of the room and it can really only comfortably fit about 2 people.

Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best thing to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife and much more!

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a fine.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. We have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to ask us.
