his is a newly renovated two bedroom shotgun-style home in Bayou St. John. This unit is one half of a double with the other side occupied by the owner. It is street parking but you will always have a space directly in front of the house. Friendly and respectful neighbors. All appliances are up to date. Full kitchen with dishes, silverware, pots and pans. There is always coffee stocked and a standard coffee pot with filters. Very quiet neighborhood.
