This private home is on the same block of our favorite local bbq spot-The Joint, 3 blocks from Bacchanal, and 5 minutes in a car to Frenchmen street and the French Quarter. Easy access to all our city has to offer! This is a great newly renovated house perfect for your New Orleans vacation!
The space
There is a flat screen with smart TV apps in the living room, with access to any app you may have. The WiFi access code is provided at the property.
The kitchen is completely furnished with fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, washer and dryer. Cutting boards, pots, plates and basics utensils are provided as well.
Parking: Our neighborhood has free street parking. Just be sure not to block anyone's driveway and do not park within 10 feet of a street corner. You will be ticketed and possibly towed. Homeowner and Property Manager are not responsible for any tickets/damage/etc.
From our location you can walk almost anywhere -- the French Quarter is walking distance plus the Marigny and Bywater neighborhoods are fantastic places to explore. You'll find where the locals go to eat drink and dance. Live Like a Local!!!
