The space
The property provides both privacy, comfort, and a true New Mexican experience. The home has vibrant colors, authentic Satillo tile, wood beam ceilings, a gorgeous kiva fireplace, and more New Mexican touches. Fragrant local wood is also provided for cozy fires. There are many spaces to discover and explore including the amazing backyard with a balcony, mountain views, and pool.
Although the home has many authentic touches it has all updated amenities found in a newer home. There is a tankless water heater that gives on demand hot water when needed. The home also uses solar energy and has a digital LED thermostat. In addition to this technology, all the appliances are updated. All kitchen appliances are stainless steel and the washer and dryer are newer models.
Guest access
You are able to access the entire property. The garage has a code that can be provided. The garage does not have access from the house and needs to be accessed from the outside. There are two gates to the backyard and they both have locks on them for safety. These codes can be provided if needed.
Other things to note
The pool is not heated. Additionally, pool chemicals and maintenance are performed every Tuesday.

Additional rules
Please understand that these rules are in no way meant to spoil the fun. They are meant to set expectations. Expectations that most folks already have and do which is greatly appreciated. However, in hosting I have found out the hard way for example to not allow certain things such as a 21-year old birthday party that I am told will only be a few people. A few person celebration that turned into a full on rager with 75 people, their own DJ, and laser lights. Yes, laser lights. Not good. Thank you in advance for your understanding and yes please no ragers :)
Must be at least 25 years old to book.
Quiet hours are after 10pm.
All children must be supervised by an adult when in the backyard. Specifically, in/near the pool area.
Garbage and recycling must be put out weekly. There will be an additional charge if garbage and/or recycling needs to be picked up off-cycle.
The fireplace may only be used by those who are familiar with operating a fireplace. Additionally, it must NEVER be left with either an active fire or embers in it.
Since all the furniture is new please treat it well. Please avoid placing anything on it that will leave a mark. Coasters and trivets are provided for use.
Please do not move any furniture that is not supposed to move (exceptions to this are the rolling coffee table and bar/dining room chairs). Movement of furniture can cause damage to both the floor and potentially the furniture itself.
Please ensure upon checking out that you have all of your belongings. If any belongings are left, there is no guarantee that they will be returned to you. An effort will be made, but it may take some time.
Upon checkout, guests will ensure that all dishes are put into the dishwasher (none shall remain in the sink) and the cycle started. Also, that there is only one load of laundry remaining to be done by housekeeping (linens). All other laundry, especially towels will be washed, dried, folded, and put away. Additionally, all windows and all doors must locked. Although changing the thermostat is discouraged, if this does occur, please put them back to the original settings.
If damage occurs during your stay, it is greatly appreciated if it is self-identified and reported to me. We will discuss a reasonable path forward.
If damage occurs as a result of your stay this will be passed along to guests.
