The space
This unit has three king beds. One in each of two bedrooms, and one in the living room area.
After over 20 years of frequenting New Orleans ourselves we found our happy place and we want to share it with you too! Our home is walking distance from world-renowned restaurants, Mardi-Gras parade routes, The Riverwalk, and tourist attractions such as Bourbon St., Jackson Square, The Convention Center, and The French Market. Guests are only 5 short blocks from the Mercedes Benz Superdome and Arena, and 5 blocks from Harrah's Casino. Walkable to The Convention Center too! This location beats any place we've ever stayed in NOLA. It is so central whether you are there for a convention, for a concert, a game, or to party on Bourbon. You are in the safest place with the cleanest street, and only steps away from the action!
When you walk in the condo, immediately to your left you will find a king bedroom with access to the hall full bathroom. This bedroom is fully equipped with a large LED smart TV, A closet with plenty of space for your hanging and folded clothes, and a bench at the end of the bed for luggage or seating! In the hall bath, you will be pleased to find the well appointed marble bathroom with high-end cabinetry and fixtures. As you continue down the main entry, the next room on your left will be the king master bedroom. This bedroom features an en suite full marble bathroom with luxurious marble shower complete with a shower seat! This king master bedroom is equipped with a large LED smart TV and also has a closet with plenty of room for your hanging and folding clothes as well! You will also find a storage bench at the foot of the bed for your luggage or extra seating! Next, the main entry will open to the fully equipped kitchen and generous sized living room area. This area is set up perfectly with a bar including four barstools and a full size sofa, with matching chair...easily seating up to 8 guest! It’s a perfect spot to hang out while planning your next activity with friends or family or even catching a movie on the 50” LED smart TV that includes Netflix! A king bed with nightstands and lamps is added to the exceptionally large living area, to better accommodate our guests...It's the perfect place to stretch out and relax after a walk around the Quarter!! Or, it can give you or your guest simply more sleeping options. Beautiful, black velvet drapes cover the windows for added privacy.
Guest access
We ask that you respect any posted rules and specific hours. If we are notified of any disrespectful behavior, it could result in the termination of your stay without a refund. And a reminder, NO PARTIES anywhere on the property and quiet time is 10pm until 8am.

Provided in Kitchen: Dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, some cooking supplies, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, light bulbs, and dish soap.
Provided in Bathrooms: Bath and hand towels, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and one hair dryer.
Provided in Bedrooms: Linens, comforter, and blanket. Linens for both roll away beds will be available in the bedroom closet.
Provided in Laundry: Laundry soap, dryer sheets, clothes iron, and ironing board.
*Extra supplies may be found in lower cabinets or supply closet. Locked cabinets or closets are for maintenance and/or cleaning crew only.

HOUSE RULES
Please Read Our House Rules Carefully.
1. NO PARTIES anywhere on the property. Guests should only access condo on floor 3 and not access other areas of the building. Guests should abide by any signs posted by building staff. Disturbing behavior may result in the loss of your security deposit. Legal action will be taken for parties that cause damages to the unit, property, reputation, or relationship with building staff or residents. Quiet time is 10p-8am.
2. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND in the unit or ANYWHERE on the property.
3. The booked guest is responsible for actions of ALL GUESTS occupying the property at all times, and must be staying at condo.
4. No pets allowed.
5. DO NOT set items on cook-top unless cooking, due to fire hazard.
6. You agree that the owners are authorized to charge your credit card for excessive damages, cleaning, or unauthorized late check-outs or early check-ins.
7. You are responsible for all contents in the unit from check-in until check-out.
Cancellations
Free cancellation for 48 hours
After that, cancel before 4:00 PM on Jan 20 and get a 50% refund, minus the service fee.
