This property is one unit of a side-by-side duplex. Each unit has its own dedicated private entrance, ensuring privacy for all guests.
Please note the main entrance is facing W 46th Avenue. The home cannot be accessed from Swadley Street. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.
There is 1 parking spot available in the garage. To open and close the door, you need to use the button inside the garage. The exterior keypad is not in use.
HOT TUB: This unit's hot tub takes longer to heat, so please be patient. Never shut off the hot tub; it should always remain operational. Please keep the hot tub filled with water to prevent pump issues. Recommended temperatures: Summer 100-102°F, Winter 102-104°F. The control buttons may be sticky/hard, please refrain from making setting changes unless necessary.
Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside AND outside the home and will result in a minimum fine of $650.
For your safety, security cameras have been installed outside the property. There are no cameras inside the property.
