Tastefully decorated and situated in the historic Whittier neighborhood, this converted 100-year-old, mission-style church is ideal for groups and centrally-located. Amplifying all the Mile High City has to offer, you'll stay in luxury and leave divinely inspired.

The space
This is your opportunity to stay in one of the region's most unique, spacious and artistically-designed accommodations. Your home will be a piece of Denver history. Meticulously renovated in 2017, the space retains the charm and select architectural elements of the original structure while taking on a whole new vibe.

Boasting six private ensuites (two upstairs, four downstairs, each uniquely-themed) and a sprawling main floor with designer kitchen, the space is perfect for large groups. The magic doesn't stop there: upstairs, you'll find a 550sqft loft lounge--perfect for breakout gatherings, making a grand entrance to the main floor or just hanging out. The outdoor space is perfect for entertaining, replete with in-line fire pit and custom seating. Downstairs, the vintage Rec room, furnished in classic mid-century modern/atomic furniture, features a full wet bar and provides a great space for gathering as well as access to the four lower suites.

Throughout, you'll be delighted by the eclectic style, unique art and bohemian, middle eastern-inspired decor. The space is purpose-built for guest enjoyment and full of thoughtful details including an iPad-controlled home automation system that integrates lighting, audio and security throughout the property.
Guest access
Ultimate respect of the space, decor and neighborhood is essential. While cannabis-friendly, tobacco use is prohibited on the property outdoors. Think inspirational launchpad for adventures, not a place to rage.

You'll have exclusive access to the entire space including guest suites, main floor, lofted lounge, downstairs rec room and outdoor yard/gathering space. There are four spots on the lot and two more on a gated driveway for loading or storing two more vehicles. Ample street parking as well. Please mind street sweeping and other parking restrictions!
Other things to note
The Sanctuary is for overnight guest stay. Events are not permitted in our space. Photo/product shoots permitted for an additional fee. Please inquire for details.

A NOTE ABOUT COVID-19 / CORONAVIRUS
We are committed to ensuring the safety and wellness of our current and future guests.

Given the rapidly evolving global situation and direct and indirect ramifications of the COVID-19 outbreak, we STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL GUESTS TO PURCHASE A TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY.

We are following Airbnb's guidance to allow cancellations and offer refunds for guests traveling from a heavily-impacted region (presently China, Italy and South Korea). Guests traveling from other regions are not eligible for refund at this time.

While we are happy to discuss individual instances on a case-by-case basis, due to the many circumstances outside of our control that may result in a disruption or cancellation, we are unable to guarantee refunds or date changes for any reason outside of the cancellation policy outlined by Airbnb.

In the event of a cancellation, as a courtesy, once our space re-books for the same dates, we are authorizing refunds to cancelled parties. We feel this is the most equitable way to handle cancellations from non-severely impacted regions. We are happy to discuss individual instances on a case-by-case basis to determine the best course of action. However, if you are concerned about your inablility to make your stay, please cancel your booking ASAP to allow for the space to potentially re-book by another party.

Rest assured, we have implemented additional santization best practices to ensure the health and wellness among our current and future guests. Additionally, to allow for these additional cleaning protocols, we have temporarily pushed our check in time to 4pm. We strive to accommodate everyone's arrival schedules as well as earlier check-in times (schedule permitting) but felt this is an appropriate measure out of an abundance of caution.

-Must climb stairs - There are several steps from the patio to foyer. The loft and basement are accessed by stairs.
-Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500
-Surveillance or recording devices on property - Video surveillance on exterior for guest and property safety
