The backyard has a pool, a fire pit with couches, lots of seating including a 10’ outdoor dinning table.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms each with their own en suite bathroom. The setup is there are 3 bedrooms within the main part of the house, then a separate space over the garage with a living area and a bedroom all with its own staircase. Then in the basement there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large rec room with 85” tv. There is also a large sports/ workout room with hockey/ soccer goals and gear.
The designer kitchen features Thermador appliances with a 48” range, a large fridge, built in coffee maker, ice maker and two dishwashers. There is a great, light filled breakfast booth as well as island bar stools.
The front door and foyer are grand with a 9’ door and 20’ ceilings. There is an office to the right. Off to the left of the foyer is the fireplace room with four swivel chairs that is a nice cozy space. The large dinning room can seat 10-12 with charcoal paint and large windows giving this room a dramatic feel.
The backyard is large and comfortable with a heated pool, a gas fire pit and seating, custom dinning table under cover and yard space.

Rules & conditions
No loud noises outside especially after dark. No smoking inside.
No parking on or over the sidewalk. You may only park in the garage or on the street. The driveway is not big enough to park on.
No confetti. Any confetti left will incur a $200 extra cleaning fee.
No outside guests, no parties
Any concerns with the house must be brought to my attention when discovered so they can be dealt with in a timely manner.
