The Spot
The home is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom attached. The other bathroom is located near the entrance and is accessible through the hallway. The balcony is right off the living room.

Guest Access
You will be able to access everything: laundry room, kitchen, the guest bedroom, guest bathroom, living room and balcony!
I do have a storage closet where I keep my personal belongings that I keep locked as well as some items in the closets but you should have more than enough space for your belongings.
There is a labeled guest food storage cabinet that includes bread and oatmeal, there is also jam on one of the top three shelves in the fridge (listed as guest shelf).
Other Stuff
Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best thing to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife and much more!
This house does allow the smoking of marijuana, so if you are sensitive to the smell of weed or are traveling with children, we recommend booking somewhere else.
