Chicago house, in a Duplex unit with all the amenities that you need. Sleeps 14 and if needed more then it must be approved. There are Beds and couches for up to 14 people. Gather up with a large group and get comfortable on all the beds in the house including a full over full and twin over full bunk bed. 2 bathrooms and loft space. We are located in a safe, quiet and wonderful neighborhood, and should be kept that way. Everything you need here from Pubs, to Restaurants, Wrigley Field & more.
The Spot
Welcome!! Our large spacious Duplex is for you to take some time off, kick back, and enjoy the Beautiful city of Chicago. We are on the border of 6 neighborhoods, Logan Square, Avondale, Roscoe Village, Lakeview, Bucktown, Wicker Park and an easy train ride downtown. We are an easy walk, bus ride, Divvy Bike Ride, train to get anywhere you want. Enjoy the sun on the large deck, and relax while taking in views of the skyline. Go to a street festival or the local farmers market and make yourself a gourmet meal in the large fully equipped kitchen the includes an Electrolux stove.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the whole duplex. There is a 2nd separate unit below you and is off limits. Please be respectful of the guests that live in the home. You also have access to the backyard, but please be conscience of the backyard as it is a shared space. Also please be respectful of the neighbors, as the their house is only 3 feet away.
Other Stuff
The neighborhood has many families with young kids, so absolutely no big parties during the stay, and please respect that. We do welcome groups and as always want you to have fun. Our biggest concern is the house is in one piece, treated like your own, and the neighbors and other guests in the downstairs unit are respected. We encourage you all to have a good time, just keep noise to a minimum. We really love having great neighbors allowing us to host in the neighborhood, and we don't want that privilege taken away from us. Our main concern is that we want you to have a wonderful time and the best time you possibly can in Chicago. Also there is absolutely no smoking of any kind in the house or close to the entrance. Must be 15 feet away from the door($250 cleaning fee will be tacked on if there is any smell of smoke in the house). Again if you have any questions, or don't have something, or there is an issue, we are just a phone call or text message away.
I know Chicago like the back of my hand, so if you are looking for a really unique experience please just ask! =)

House Rules
No smoking, parties, or events
Check-in time is 3PM - 11PM and check out by 11AM
Self check-in with smart lock
-Please wash the dishes before leaving, gather garbage into trash bins, and leave towels on the bathroom floor.
-Checkout is at 11am, unless we come up with an agreement before hand. Extra charge - half day charge if past 1130am. Unfortunately we do not have bag storage but sometimes, we might be able to work something out. Quiet hours begin at 10pm if we have guests staying in the unit below. We ask please be respectful of other guests and neighbors.

Amenity limitations
-No parking on property - Parking is on the same street just a half block down from the house. That is a non permit parking area. Very easy to find.
-Potential for noise - This is a Chicago neighborhood, there are always different noises at all times of the day. If you are looking for a quiet stay, the suburbs are good.
-Must climb stairs - One steep flight of stairs to get up to the unit.
-Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $
