This stunning Centennial home has four beautiful bedrooms with plush Queen mattresses and soft linens for your ultimate comfort. The largest bedroom is located downstairs and has a gorgeous attached bathroom. The other three bedrooms are located upstairs with easy access to the hall bathroom.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
A house that sleeps 10 should have plenty of bathrooms so group members do not have to wait. There are 3 bathrooms throughout the house; one upstairs and two downstairs.

The upstairs hall bathroom has a nicely tiled shower/tub combo and great vanity to use while getting ready. One downstairs bathroom is attached to a bedroom and offers a huge space with separate tub and shower. The second downstairs bathroom has a walk in shower.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆
If you enjoy entertaining, you'll love the fully stocked kitchen, complete with upgraded appliances and all of the utensils and bakeware you need to cook meals at home. From the kitchen you can access the large backyard.

The kitchen connects to the dining area, a bright and welcoming space with seating for 4. There is an additional high top table downstairs that also seats 4.

The two living areas in the home provide comfortable and stylish spaces for your whole group. Both rooms have 48" TVs. Downstairs, you'll also find a mini fridge, microwave, and extra space to hang out.

The home is located on a quiet street in a friendly suburban neighborhood. There is a large driveway and plenty of space to park. The backyard is enormous and is completely enclosed for your privacy.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home, with exception of the garage and fireplace. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $650.

There is a fireplace but it is defunct and fires can not be made within it.

Several days prior to check-in, I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best thing to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife and much more!

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. We are always available if you need anything.

We have a noise monitoring system installed inside the home. Please note these devices do not record audio of any kind but do notify us when high noise levels are reached. There is a ring doorbell on the external entrance of the home. There are no visual recording devices inside the home.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
