This spacious, clean and relaxing spot will be a nice home-away-from-home for you and your bandmates. We have a loving cat. No smoking indoors. Front & back porch. Walk to liquor store and grocery. Rehearsal on-site & encouraged from 9am. With drums until 9pm. Mics/amps until 10pm. Acoustic/percussion until 11pm. Prefer only up to 4 guests and $30/p. Option to hire homecooked, healthy meals - vegan included. Dog o.k. with $10/night fee.
