Please be respectful of our home and its contents. All of our furniture is brand new and must be maintained carefully. Any wear and tear damage caused during your stay will be assessed to the deposit and any additional repair/replacement costs beyond that amount will be the responsibility of the guests.
The couch is not to be used for sleeping. The unit has a 1 Queen size air mattress available. (Please supply your own airbag if additional bedding is required for your group)
There are smoke alarms throughout the apartment. No smoking is permitted inside any part the building or apartment. Please feel free to smoke outside; smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or building.
No drug use, sales, or paraphernalia is to brought onto our property.
No Pets allowed.
