Our place is close to Pennsylvania Convention Center - Philadelphia, Chinatown, and historical sites. You’ll love our place because of our great location great for business or pleasure, convenient to all major attractions, restaurants, bars, historical sites, provides amazing views of the City and it's skyline, and our high ceilings.

Must be 18 or older to reserve our space.
Please be respectful of our home and its contents. All of our furniture is brand new and must be maintained carefully. Any wear and tear damage caused during your stay will be assessed to the deposit and any additional repair/replacement costs beyond that amount will be the responsibility of the guests.
The couch is not to be used for sleeping. We do have a Queen size Air Mattress available in the unit. (Please supply your own airbag if additional bedding is required for your group)
There are smoke alarms throughout the apartment. No smoking is permitted inside any part the building or apartment. Please feel free to smoke outside; smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or building.
No drug use, sales, or paraphernalia is to brought onto our property.
No Pets allowed.
Please enjoy your stay. Random guests are not permitted during your stay.
No loud parties are permitted without express written permission.
