It is located in West Las Vegas minutes from downtown and just a short drive to the Las Vegas strip. There is parking available in the driveway & on the street. This home is licensed by the city. No worries about your booking being cancelled last minute. High speed WiFi available. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dining ware & Stainless steel appliances.

There are multiple living spaces throughout the home for effortless living and entertainment. This is a stunning home in a quiet neighborhood. The master bedroom has a king bed. The next bedroom has a single bed and air mattress. The third room has a queen bed and a twin bed. There is an additional air/floor mattress which can be used in the living room.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. There is also a blender and microwave for your convenience.

Fresh linens, towels, soaps & shampoos (We use family size, not trial size)
The house has a professional cleaning service that comes before and after your arrival. We have a camera to monitor the front door. The City of Las Vegas unfortunately charges a 13% lodging/room tax. We do not charge any additional resort, parking or any other junk fees.
