This apartment has wowed every friend who’s walked through our doors for 6 years & that's no exaggeration, we're blessed to call it our home. Right in the heart of the VERY lively action of our favorite Milwaukee neighborhood: Historic Walker's Point. It's home to the cities best restaurants & breweries & you're living on “Restaurant Row.” Our home is especially popular with young (or young at heart), active guests.
The space
What makes our space unique?
The rooftop is the obvious choice. Panoramic views of Milwaukee. On the 4th of July you can see about 13 different fireworks shows across the city. And our home is yours so please make the most of it, have a friend or 2 over to enjoy the view with a cocktail.
The hardwood floors & cream city brick walls give that charming warehouse chic aesthetic. This is no cookie cutter, uninspired new apartment. There's a lot of unique character in it's classic design & that's why we love it!
The neighborhood is second to none for Milwaukee's best restaurants all in walking distance.
The hosts are pretty cool I guess. =) We take a lot of pride in our responsibility to make sure our friends/guests fall in love with Milwaukee.
We also have a little collection of board games, books, 2 bikes. On the TV front we have a sound system with aux capability, DirecTV DVR & a chromecast.
Guest access
Guest room. Kitchen/dining area. Both bathrooms (yours is private). Living room. Roof. Everything except our master bedroom. Our home is YOURS too so make use of it! =)
Other things to note
There are two flights of stairs to reach our unit & a third to reach the roof. You'll want to be in peak physical condition to conquer this summit.

99% of guests are so normal & respectful that we wouldn't even need rules. =) It's the other 1% that ruin the fun for everyone. =(
- Please do not use the deadbolt lock on the apartment front door as there is no key for it.
- My wife & I live in a nice home here & you can never be too safe on the internet. We like the ability to get to know booking inquiries better for peace of mind, be it a history of positive reviews from other hosts, completed Rock n Doze profiles including things like Rock n Doze verified Government ID's, connected accounts, email addresses, sharing the reason for your visit etc. To be clear, we do not see this contact information, just the peace of mind that Rock n Doze has seen it. If you attempt to book without respect for this rule, we unfortunately have no evidence to believe you would respect any of these 3 easy rules.
- While we are gracious enough to allow our guests to have a friend or two over to enjoy the roof, the kind of person who reads this kindness as an open-invite to bring friends in all hours of the night, drink the liquor cabinet dry in their underwear, trash the place & have non-guests crash on the couch...well that kind of person should not book our home, as they would no longer be welcome in our home.
