Beautifully decorated home located 5 minutes from Vegas Strip! Spacious, clean & safe neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants. This is 3 bedrooms. 4th room is a loft with 2 beds.
House larger than pictured. Essentials are included, home caters more toward larger groups & families that would like to experience Vegas together & come home to a clean & relaxed environment. Kid/family friendly.
The home is suitable for workplace or business meetings & co workers attending seminars. WiFi is 25 MB
The Spot
CLEANING FEE:
Every home is different and different hosts have different cleaning requirements. Sometimes we have check-outs and check-ins on the same day. The cleaning fee allows us to pay for maid services and allow us to prepare the property for the next guest in sometimes a 4-hour window.
This specific house takes 3-5 people, depending on the number of guests, to clean the house from top to bottom. We pay these people.
We are not a huge corporation, and we don’t block days before or after reservations.
This will assure that everything is clean when you check in. Sheets, blankets, towels and rugs are washed after every check-out. Dirty dishes and silverware are washed and sanitized as well. Floors are mopped, and the carpet is thoroughly vacuumed. All bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned.

The toilets are LOW FLUSH. Please hold handle down until it flushes. Please do not use excessive amounts of toilet paper. Flush multiple times if necessary. Please do not flush wipes paper towels or feminine products.
Guest Access
The entire home is yours to enjoy. With the exception of the garage. Do not disturb any belongings.

A camera is downstairs. If camera is unplugged or internet is unplugged booking fees will double. If this rule is violated; booking fees will double. And there will not be any refunds if police request or force you to leave before your booked stay is complete
Other Stuff:
We do not allow parties. We do not allow marijuana use anywhere on the premises. Cigarette or cigar smoking is allowed outside only. Please distinguish butts to prevent fire and throw away in outside trash cans. PLEASE DO NOT WIPE CIGAR AND CIGARETTE ASHES ON HOUSE OR GROUND.
PERSON BOOKING MUST BE 25 years old or older. Underage drinking and parties not allowed. Police will be called.
Quiet hours are 10 pm to 10 am. Neighbors and host will call police for excessive noise.

Hi, welcome to our home and thank you for choosing our Rock n Doze property. On your date of check in you will be provided access via keyless entry. When you are leaving the home, you simply press the word Schlage and it locks the doors. You may lock the front security gate during your stay WHILE YOU ARE IN THE HOME. When you leave to go out, PLEASE LEAVE IT UNLOCKED, as you have no key to enter. However upon check out please leave it unlocked for easier access for the next person. For any questions or emergencies please text. Upon leaving, leave the light on in the loft, the porch light and one light downstairs. Please turn off AC/heater. You may pull into driveway. We are in the process of using garage for personal storage. If no items are in there, feel free to park your vehicle. However, if items are in there, please do not pull into garage. Items provided are for your convenience and stay. Please do not take soap, lotion, powder, feminine products, etc. We do not provide travel size items. Again items are for your stay, not to take home. Coffee, tea, sugar and coffee creamer are for your use during your stay. Please do not take any items home. Enjoy your stay in Las Vegas, we appreciate you! : )
Please do not trash the home. Leaving food containers and alcohol bottles outside and all over the home is NOT acceptable. We have trash cans inside the home. If needed, trash bags are in the pantry. Large trash receptacles are on the south side of the home. Excessive hair in the bathroom is unacceptable. Please throw your hair in the trash. Excessive hair in the bathroom clogs our drains and causes leaks, problems and additional maintenance.
An additional fee will be charged for the following and reported to Rock n Doze:
Excessive hair in bathroom. Sinks and drains clogged with hair.
Excessive trash in the home. Examples include but are not limited to, pizza boxes left in back yard. Excessive alcohol bottles left all over the home. Three or four bags of trash left inside the home and not using the trash receptacles located outside. Throwing pistachios and peanuts on the floor and not using the trash can. This will result in an additional fee.
If you lock yourself out and a manager has to come to the home, or if a lockbox has to be accessed, there will be an additional fee.
Do NOT smoke in the home. No smoking of any kind.
Do NOT take any items. This includes toilet paper, feminine products, soap, cleaning supplies, etc. IF you DID NOT bring it, please do not take it.
Please leave home in the condition you found it. We do understand normal use. However, close blinds upon leaving, do not lock security gate, turn off light in garage (we dont understand why guests are in garage, but every guest seems to leave the light on). DO NOT smoke in the home.
