The Spot
You and your crew will enjoy having a beautiful space to spread out and relax. This house has 2 separate apartments, and you must go outside to get from the bottom floor to the top floor.
In our home you will find:
~ 4 Bedrooms, with a total of 6 queen beds.
~ 2 Large kitchens w/ dinning table, and all essentials needed to prepare a light meal.
~ 2 Living rooms with sleeper couch, Smart TV, and tables for a workspace.
~ Laundry available for use in the basement.
~ Large front porch.
This two bedroom apartment is recently been renovated and filled with just the right furniture for a perfect stay. This Victorian-era house has tall ceilings, exposed brick, new hardwood floors, all new windows, all new bathroom and kitchen.
The front bedroom has a brand new queen bed, and three large windows with lots of natural light.
The back bedroom has two brand new queen beds with memory foam mattresses.
Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire house including the bottom floor two bedroom apartment, and 2nd/3rd floor apartment to themselves. 2 Private bathrooms and 2 kitchens included. Guest will also have access to the basement where laundry machines are.
Other Stuff:
This listing is for two separate spacious apartments (upstairs & downstairs) that are not directly connected, guests will need to use the outside stairs when exiting one apartment and entering another.

House Rules
-Not suitable for infants (under 2 years) - We don't have any child-proof features in our home. If you are willing to bring-your-own supplies, and precautions, we are ok with having infants.
-No smoking
-Check-in is anytime after 4PM and check out by 10AM
-Self check-in with smart lock
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.
- No weapons allowed on this property.
- If the house is left in a condition that requires extra cleaning, the guest will be charged at $20/hour that our cleaning crew spends over 2.5 hours cleaning. This includes excess dirt caused by pets. Any biohazard mess (including pet poop or pee) left by a guest will be charged an extra $75 minimum, depending on severity.
- Any smoking inside will be charged an extra $150 cleaning fee.
You must also acknowledge:
-Potential for noise
-Must climb stairs - 1 flight for each floor.
-Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $750
