The Spot
Charming turn of the 19th century Ukrainian Village apartment turned Inn. Built by a German butcher in 1914, the first floor is home to critically acclaimed French-German inspired charcuterie and boutique steakhouse. Situated on the borderline of Ukrainian Village and Humboldt Park this unique unit is next door to Vertical Art Gallery, across the street from historic music venue the Empty Bottle, and 1/2 block north of the famous Sportsman Club. 10 minute walking distance to Wicker Park/Bucktown as well as the the hot California & Augusta intersection and just a short ride to Logan Square, West Town and the Loop. Culturally speaking you can not be better situated in the windy city.
The entire unit was recently restored and upgraded to 3 queen bedrooms, new kitchen & bath, a smart cable TV, and WIFI. Dark and cozy in the front dining & living rooms and showered with natural light on the rear sun porch this unit provides the perfect ambiance for relaxing and enjoying your time in Chicago. Recommendations and assisting with reservations at steakhouse below and other fine establishments are a perk that comes with the unit. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE DIRECTLY ABOVE A STEAKHOUSE THAT STAYS OPEN AS LATE AS MIDNIGHT ON THE WEEKENDS. THERE WILL BE SOME ASSOCIATED NOISE BUT IT IS NOT VERY LOUD. We do provide white noise machines in each bedroom

This is a second floor apartment above a steakhouse. You will have to walk up one flight of stairs, and you will have an entire very large apartment to yourselves.

I JUST WANT TO BE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THERE IS A RESTAURANT BELOW US. IT IS A VERY CLASSY STEAKHOUSE THAT DOES NOT PLAY VERY LOUD MUSIC. BUT THERE IS SOME ASSOCIATED NOISE UNTIL MIDNIGHT ON THE WEEKENDS. WHITE NOISE MACHINES ARE PROVIDED IN EACH BEDROOM

-Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $250
