The Spot
This historic home built in 1910, was brought back to life in 2018 to be better than ever! This victorian beauty has an urban-revivalist aesthetic that provides the perfect back-drop for your stay in Columbus.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has a new queen bed with memory foam mattress. 2 bedrooms are on 2nd floor with a full bathroom, and the large 3rd bedroom is on the 3rd floor.

-Check-in is anytime after 4PM and check out by 11AM
- - Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.
- No weapons allowed on this property.
- If the house is left in a condition that requires extra cleaning, the guest will be charged at $20/hour that our cleaning crew spends over 2.5 hours cleaning. This includes excess dirt caused by pets. Any biohazard mess left by a guest will be charged an extra $75 minimum, depending on severity.
- Any smoking inside will be charged an extra $150 cleaning fee.
You must also acknowledge:
-Potential for noise - The shared wall of this house is not 100% sound-proof, and there is a potential to hear sounds from occupants on the other side.
-Must climb stairs - All bedrooms are upstairs.
-Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500
