Our music themed, 2 bedroom apartment is super unique in decor. Only 2 blocks from a gorgeous 209 acre park, right in the middle of the city! Walk a few blocks past the park and enjoy the new 606 bike path. Walk it, jog it, or bike it. There's even a Divvy bike rental station just 2 blocks away! WHAT A LOCATION!!!
The Spot
The vibe of this home is definitely music themed. Take one of our many vinyl records right off the wall to play on our classic stereo. Notice the many instruments and music supplies we've converted into furniture and decor. Be inspired by the piano key staircase. Or actually play the piano in the master bedroom! Our blacklight room is a great place to chill out and even draw on our walls with fluorescent markers. We have a miniature game room with a bunch of classic games and chalkboard paint to keep your scores on the wall. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and the blacklight room has a futon. You will have the entire apartment to yourself and you can use the backyard for your outdoor enjoyment.

Please note that there are tenants that live in the same building. After 10 PM please respect their peace by not being too loud.
Please note that there is an additional cleaning charge of $25 for leaving dirty dishes behind for the cleaning crew.
Also, if you do not follow the 11AM checkout rule and the cleaning crew has to wait for you to vacate there will be a $25 fee. If there is a prenegotiated late check out this will not apply.
