Welcome to the Grand Champions Suite. This modern 3 bedroom home is perfect for groups or couples looking for a night on the town. The property is conveniently located on Grand Avenue in the Ukrainian Village just minutes by car, bus or train from Downtown and the Lakefront.
Catering to the discerning sports fan and concert goer the United Center is a 5 minute Uber ride door to door!
The Spot
The theme is based on the Championship teams that played at the Madhouse on Madison. Formerly The Chicago Stadium now flying under the disguise of The United Center. Obviously there is one player from those Bulls teams that is known the world over and he is prominently featured in the living room here, MJ!
The apartment has all the comforts of home. 55" Samsung LED TV for watching sports, movies, or catching up on your favorite shows. Additionally you have access to Xfinity stream pics, Netflix, Bluetooth Sound, and high speed internet.
Plenty of places to relax throughout. Chill on the oversized couch or grab a cocktail at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and there is seating to eat in both the Kitchen and Dining Room.
There are three Bedrooms for sleeping and for overflow guests there is a Queensized air mattress. The extra large couch can easily sleep 2 more guests should you need the space.
Guest Access
The entire apartment is there for use. Additionally, there is an outdoor common area courtyard out the back with table and chairs as well as a grill for BBQ.

Other Stuff
Please note that there are tenants that live in the same building. After 10 PM please respect their peace by not being too loud.
Please note that there is an additional cleaning charge of $25 for leaving dirty dishes behind for the cleaning crew.
Also, if you do not follow the 11AM checkout rule and the cleaning crew has to wait for you to vacate there will be a $25 fee. If there is a prenegotiated late check out this will not apply.

Persons renting are responsible for their guests and must make sure everyone staying understands the house rules.
Trash cans are in the courtyard along with recycle bins.

No parking on property - Plenty of street parking. Claremont is best for overnight parking.
