The space
This is a great apartment that is completely private and separated from the front unit. House is a legal duplex, with full time friendly tenant in other apartment. Feel free to use the yard and the basketball court as well! Please note that this unit does not have air conditioning. Fans are provided and the bedrooms will stay cool in the summertime as they are on the lower level.
Guest access
Guests will have use of the entire apartment. Two bedrooms (each with queen bed), futon in living room, full bathroom, full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Off street parking in driveway for up to 2 guest vehicles.
