While public transportation is limited in Larkspur, there are still a few options for those looking to get around. For those arriving at Denver International Airport, car rentals are available on-site, with a scenic 50-minute drive to the property. While having a car is recommended for exploring the area, guests can also enjoy nearby outdoor adventures like hiking, biking, and skiing.

There is plenty of parking available on the driveway for 5 vehicles. Guests will not have access to the garage. We kindly ask that guests refrain from interacting with the neighbors to the West (the neighbor to the right when facing the house).

Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited due to the high risk of fire in the area. Please note that this is a countywide regulation and must be strictly adhered to for the safety of all residents and visitors.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to retrieve the large trash bin in the garage. They will NOT enter the home. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

During icy, wet, or slippery weather conditions, please use extra caution when walking on the exterior stairs, back patio, and walkways. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents resulting from slips or falls on the property. However, we will do our best to keep the driveway, stairs, and home entrances cleared and safe for all of our guests.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside AND outside the home and will result in a minimum fine of $650.

For your safety, security cameras have been installed outside the property. There are no cameras inside the property.

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that the maximum number of guests listed on the property represents the maximum allowed capacity, not the minimum. To find out the specific number of guests included in the base rate, please reach out to us directly.
